Citizen Forum Maharajganj was established on October 2, 2014 in Maharajganj on the day of foundation day of district Maharajganj and on the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. In the last 7 years, on the strength of your active cooperation and suggestions, the Forum has played an important role in the development of the district and in resolving the public problems of the citizens, including construction of "Chanki Ghat bridge approach", construction of gap of Jhanjhanpur Sinduria Road, establishment of library in district jail of the district.

Initiating prompt action through the District Magistrate to the State and Central Government for the development and excavation and certification of Buddhist sites; Initiating the construction and expansion of Gorakhpur Maharajganj Road, etc.

It is noteworthy that due to your above achievements and activism, the Creation Forum has made its identity in the public. The Forum needs your active determination and cooperation to enable it, on the basis of which the Forum will be able to become the voice of the population of 27 lakhs of the district. 

DUTIES 

To establish cooperation and liaison with other institutions and trusts of similar purpose and to get help from the State Government and Central Government.

For the fulfillment of the objectives of the trust, to establish other institutions and to form committees and sub-committees for the smooth functioning of its various units.

To make a separate manual and rules for the Societies Registration Act for the smooth functioning of the Society and the Society under the Trust.

To receive fees from the beneficiaries for the smooth functioning of the institutions under the trust.

To make continuous efforts for the arrangement and improvement of the trust and to transfer and rent the lands

If irregularities are found in the institutions under the trust, the committee and the sub-committee supervising it should be dissolved and subjected to the main trust of the free trust.

To prepare the rules for the appointment of employees and their conduct for the operation of the trust.
To receive teeth from Government and Government and other donor organizations for the benefit and operation of the St.

All property of the trust shall be used for the purposes of the trust.
